My name is Brooke. I am a holistic licensed massage therapist in Brentwood, TN with a passion and commitment to assist you with your health goals. It is with joy that I serve the greater Nashville community. The heart of my practice is Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. This wonderful therapy helps support the immune system, reduces inflammation in the body, assists with detoxification, and supports healing.
Every appointment begins with a conversation to determine the area of focus for the session, whether it be acute or chronic problems, or post-op recovery. Each session’s goal is rejuvenation, so that you leave relaxed, refreshed, and more comfortable in your body.
